i like the action, what are they made out of ? plastic or wood (asking for pike reasons)

Originally made out of wood, but they are now made out of plastic. I went to plastic because sometimes guys get "a little too close" to the rocks and chip them. The wood would eventually soak up some water and the finish would crack. Probably the same thing that would happen with toothy critters.
