 I started out with three hardy anglers, Karl, Matt,and Mike by the time we left Mays reef Mike was not feeling real chipper,so when I sugested we try this place,he didn't want to spoil it for his buddys, so we made the 3 mile trip out to the G/H reef. The water was deeper and the swell had widened running around 4 and a half foot with a little slop on top. ( actually calmer than closer in ) It only took 30 mims. before Mike was purging himself of the major food groups. ( poor guy ) thats him on the floor. The gag grouper were hitting or breaking lines almost every other drop. We picked up 6 nice sheepshead to 17 inches, and what would have been a keeper gag if not for the closed season. Mike perked up when he heard the yamaha,s fire up and was feeling much better by the time we reached the beach.  They planned on the sheepies to make fish tacos tonight. That sound good. Another front comes in late tonight and saturday morning 5 to 7 foot seas, I plan on sleeping in. lol.
