| dam dude those are some awesome winter catches for nj, how do you fish the yo-yo, basically let it fall then rip it up and then let it fall? | |

| Yeah pretty much. Just lift the rod tip up and let it fall. Most of the time they will hit it on the fall. Unless they are real aggressive they will hit it on the rise. That 1/8 oz shakey head gave it a real nice slow fall and all the arms and tails on the bug we were using gave it a lot of action for such a slow fall. | |

| We were lifting the tip up slowly, some time times with a few slow jerks while lifting it up. Though I will get reaction strikes in cold water sometimes ripping it. | |
