Like the title says, dont call it a comeback, but call it something else.  Finally scored some quality fish.  After yesterday's shutout i successfully convinced jackie that we needed to get our asses back there for round 2.  We took some advice and tried a new spot and the chao praya were off the hook.  I missed 2 and caught 2, the bigger running me 8 lbs.  I had a pacu bite my hook off before landing a SOLID 14lber.  The picture doesnt do it justice.  The guys said between 14 - 16lbs so i put it in at 14.

Jackie had a tough time.  She started with circle hooks but missed 3 on them and decided to switch it up to octo hooks.  She missed about another 3-4 mostly because she was taking pics of my fish or day dreaming :)  She had a couple that completely dropped down her rod horizontal but she wasnt able to get it out of the holder in time and then when she was holding it the hooks just wouldnt set.  Oh well, thats how it is.  I woulda liked to see her catch em too so we coulda put a serious hurting on this place.  Next time.
