Well haven't fished much of December due to some family from Australia visiting. January comes and I was just TOO busy to fish. I was able to get out about 5 times and hooked a solid 4 lb fish that came off about 2 ft from the shore. The last time I got a bass was min November so I was very angry about losing the fish. Finally got out for a good 4 hrs of fishing and hooked 2 fish. First fish came from a brush hog style bait and the fish felt like a solid 5-6 lb fish judging by the way it was fighting, turned out to be a fish about 3 lbs. Finally a fish after nearly 3 months! To make things better I get another fish off a Leech type plastic.
